Our Philosophy

Our Philosophy in life and how we serve our community is the establishing foundation for the Wright Family Foundation. Our purpose is simple: provide funding towards furthering initiatives that exemplify the characteristics of those who are selfless and dedicated to strengthening our community. The scholarships and grants we hope to distribute in the coming years will always be focused around our mission and purpose.

Founded in 2024, the foundation started with a simple goal to give back. The creation of the Marion D. Howard scholarship formed after reflection on those who have made a positive impact in our family and community. Marion, or 'Nana', always demonstrated what it meant to show up for others. Our first award is just the beginning. We hope to continually grow our scholarship offerings to prospective students in engineering, education, and STEM.
